2025 Winter Shipping Advisory
Preparing for Winter Weather
Country Brook Design is monitoring a winter weather storm that is forcast to form over our area on January 10th 2025:
While 2-3" of snow doesn't cause major disruptions in other parts of the country, it can be devistating when mixed with sleet and ice it a part of the country that rarely sees winter weather. Last January, a winter weather storm stopped all shipment into and out of our area for four days.
Therefore, we wanted to give our customers a heads up that we may not be open for business on January 10th, 2025. Please, if you have critical supplies that you need soon, we highly recommend ordering by Wednesday the 8th.
No USPS Shipping on January 9th, 2025
In addition to the winter weather potentially stopping shipments, you should also be aware that the United States Postal Service will be closed on January 9th, 2025, to honor former President Jimmy Carter. If you intend to place an order on this day, please choose one of our other partner carriers.
