Who am I buying from?


At Country Brook Design, we strive to bring you good products and great customer service at a fair price. We have been making our famous Designer collars since 2003. They are all custom-made after the sale. We are a webbing distributor and carry many kinds of webbing, plastic, and metal hardware. Feel free to email us with any questions.



What is your Shipping Policy?



Please be sure to check both UPS and USPS for shipping prices. You must click the button next to the options to see prices. All non-custom items will ship the same day, Monday through Friday, if your order is paid for by 1:00 pm CST. Custom-made dog collars, leashes, etc., will be made and shipped within 4 business days of payment and size received. If you would like to make sure large orders are correct, contact us, and we will double-check shipping. We can not make the shipping calculator take into account flat rate boxes. If you are overcharged for shipping, we will refund the overage when we ship. If you have any questions or problems, please email or call us.



Do you ship internationally?



Yes, we do. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before buying.
